How long does hiring take?
Typical placements (1–2 devs) take 4–6 weeks. Specialized or high-volume requests may take longer.
What are your rates?
Our average blended rate is around $55–60/hour. Junior or non-bilingual roles cost less. Super-senior or fractional C-levels are more. Larger teams can reduce their costs with skill-balanced pods.
How many hours do developers work?
~160 hours/month (nine hour days with a one hour lunch break). Hours are logged transparently. We’re flexible around workload fluctuations but flag consistent overages.
What time zones do you operate in?
Most of our team is based in Colombia (PST +2/+3). We're experienced with U.S. time zone alignment and prioritize schedule compatibility.
What are your payment terms?
Monthly invoicing with Due on Receipt terms. Invoices are sent at month-end to align with your payroll cycle.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Typically 3–6 months depending on the engagement.
This ensures stability for both your team and ours. We’re committed to long-term partnerships and only work with a few clients at a time.
How long is the contract? Can we cancel?
Beyond minimum terms, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice after any agreed minimum term. For larger teams (>5 team members), we may request a longer wind-down period.
Who owns the IP?
You do. All work product belongs to the client. Our contracts include strong confidentiality, IP protection, and non-solicitation clauses.
