Connected to your mail, calendar, files, and tools
WhatsApp on a number you own

Guardrails built in: least-privilege access, nothing goes out without your approval, it signs as itself, it never touches secrets, and every action is logged.
Why Katapult
No single vendor ships all the pieces. We put them together into loops that keep paying back.
An engineer on your sideOne forward-deployed engineer rethinks your work for agents first.
Proven on ourselvesOur founders run their own inboxes this way; every guardrail started there.
Yours to keepThe account, the rules, and the routines, documented and handed over.
STATUS:
Let’s put it to work.
Bring us your inbox, your processes, your systems. We’ll find what to hand over first. If it won’t clearly save you time, we’ll tell you before you spend a dollar.
One engineer, working with you directly, over a few weeks.

Questions
What can it access?
Only what we decide to connect together in the first phase: typically mail, calendar, files, chats, and the tools you name, each with the narrowest permissions that do the job. Grok Bot doesn’t come with WhatsApp or most of your tools built in, and connecting them is the core of what we do: a WhatsApp bridge on a number you own, and the rest wired in the same way, with replies held for your approval until you decide otherwise.
What does it never do?
It never sends anything in your name without approval, never pretends to be you (when it speaks, it signs as itself), and never touches passwords, keys, or other secrets. Every action it takes is logged.
Where does my data live?
Your mail, files, and calendar stay where they are today; the bot reaches them through connectors you approve. Grok Bot itself runs on xAI’s cloud. Anything too sensitive for that stays out of reach, or moves to Hermes on hardware you own.
Grok Bot or Hermes, which one?
Grok Bot if you want the fastest, most convenient start: xAI’s managed agent, with a computer of its own in the cloud, and you’re comfortable with xAI hosting the work. Hermes if data has to stay on hardware you own, or you want to choose the model and keep everything open source, and you’re ready for a heavier setup, which we take on. Not sure? We’ll recommend one once we understand how you work, and we’ll tell you if neither will save you time.
What happens if we stop?
It keeps working. The account, the rules, the routines, and the documentation are yours. We hand everything over, remove our access, and you carry on, with or without us.
How long does setup take?
Understanding and reimagining how you work comes first, then wiring, then a few weeks of tuning alongside you until delegating is the default. We scope the exact timeline after that first phase, based on how many accounts and systems are involved.
